Mixed Material: Basic Dirty Bricks

This was my first attempt at mixing two materials and I think it came out pretty well. I had created this with plans to use it in dirty areas, like cellars, underground chambers, or storage areas. I had set up the material so I can change the amount of dirt visible on the bricks, currently I have it set to 50%.
